General Program Information
2010 Program
Thursday November 11, 2010 - Sunday, November 14, 2010

Mountain Medicine 2010 is dedicating the program to Wilderness Medicine skills that were found to be pertinent during the Haiti Earthquake response. Mountain Medicine sent 2 responders to Haiti, where unsupported they set up a 40-bed hospital and treated patients injured in the quake. In addition to the usual topics, we will spent time considering Extended Care Issues and Disaster Response. Our providers will present photos from their experience there and be available to answer questions throughout the course.

Our course is held at the AMC Pinkham Notch camp in New Hampshire.

The program is a full 2 1/2 days of experiential scenario-based experiences in small groups, complimented by evening lectures.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to 45 students.
